Yes, all of our beers are certified gluten-free. We test every batch with an independent laboratory to ensure we meet our standard of <20ppm gluten, making it safe to drink for anyone with a gluten intolerance.

Yes. All of our gluten-free beers are vegan-friendly. We believe great beer doesn’t need animal products. That’s why none of our beers contain them. Unlike some breweries that use isinglass (a fish-derived fining agent) or add lactose for extra body, we take a different approach.
Our house yeast, a traditional English ale strain, naturally delivers excellent clarity and mouthfeel without the need for animal-derived ingredients or unnecessary additives.

Our gluten-free beers are brewed using traditional brewing methods with the addition of a naturally derived enzyme during fermentation. This process helps to break down and remove gluten from the beer.
During fermentation, the gluten settles at the bottom of the tank and is removed, resulting in beer that meets our stricter internal target of <10ppm gluten. Because of this process, our beers are sometimes described as gluten-removed, but every finished beer is fully tested and certified gluten-free. -
All Brass Castle Brewery gluten-free beers are brewed in the UK at our independent Malton brewery in North Yorkshire.
