  • If you require your Bag-In-Box for a specific date, please leave us a note at checkout or email us at warehouse@brasscastlebrewery.co.uk with your chosen date. Otherwise it will be shipped/prepared for collection on the next working day. Please note that BIBs require minimum 24 hours to prepare, as they are filled to order.

  • If you’re collecting your Bag-In-Box, please specify your chosen date, time, and location, eg. 4pm from the Taphouse on Saturday 30th, or 2pm from the Warehouse on Tuesday 25th. Our Warehouse and Brewhouse are usually staffed Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Our Taphouse is open Tuesday-Thursday 4pm-9pm, Friday-Saturday 12pm-10pm, Sunday 2pm-9pm.

  • Bag-In-Box beers should be stored in a cool environment and used within 2 weeks of receipt to ensure it is enjoyed in its best possible condition.
